• Independent accommodation consists of an edge to edge carpeted facility with built in cupboards. Residents are encouraged to furnish the rooms themselves with items familiar to them.

    • Independent living area of Jaffa offers accommodation in single, double and twin suites.

    • Single Suites: 53 Single suites available. Consist of a bed/sitter with private bath/shower and toilet. These can accommodate two people if necessary.

    • Double Suites: 8 suites available. These comfortably accommodate two people.Consist of a divisible and spacious L-shaped room allowing for a lounge area and separate bedroom area. Private bathroom. There is an additional small verandah.

    • Twin Suites: 4 twin suites comprising two rooms with a shared bathroom and entrance. Can either be used as a flatlet or twin bed-sitters.

    • Assisted -living Accommodation.

    • There is a semi-frail ward - The Alec Sloane Centre - which consists of 7 suites that have been altered and furnished to accommodate residents requiring constant supervision.

    • The Friedland Frail care unit on the ground floor can accommodate up to 20 patients requiring 24 hour attention.
